Be a part of the biggest event every fall on campus – the moment when students begin the new school year. There’s a lot happening during the week before each fall semester begins and you can have an on campus presence in front of students and their families.

Campus Parties

A huge part of the student experience is the atmosphere created by large campus parties. Whether it’s concerts like Redfest (held every fall) and The Grand Kerfuffle (held every spring), the awesome experience of Crimson Nights in the Union, or the regular Friday Night Hype moments, there are plenty of opportunities to sponsor and be directly in front of our students.

Employee Appreciation Day

Each fall during Employee Appreciation Day (EAD), Human Resources at the U wants to celebrate the amazing employees who make the university function on a day-to-day basis. The event regularly pulls in a large, engaged crowd, perfect for your company to interact with.
