Please fill out this form completely and indicate what product you would like donated for your event. Requests need to be made 2 weeks prior to your event and include at least five cases of product. This form does not guarantee that specific product will be available for your event. You will receive a confirmation email with your final items within 3 business days of your request being submitted.

As of March 1, 2026, Bubly will no longer be available. We are currently working with the PepsiCo team to identify an alternative product or can size, as this beverage will no longer be offered in 12oz packaging.
